Founder I graduated from UC Davis' PA program and have been a PA for 22+ years, with a background in surgery, urgent care, and family medicine for 10 years, and dermatology and aesthetics for 12 years. I have trained with world class instructors like Steve Yoelin, MD, Arthur Swift, MD, Sebastian Cotofana, MD, PhD, and many others. I am considered an advanced injector who specializes in full facial correction using many different modalities to keep my patients looking naturally youthful and amazing. Results are noticeable yet not obvious.

Dr. Prem Tripathi is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area at Silhouette Med Spa. Dr. Tripathi has trained at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country. After college, he attended Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, earning over 10 merit-based scholarships and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, given only to the top 10% of medical students in the country.
